EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Returns and Exchanges Policy

1. Right of Free Resolution 

If the customer is not satisfied with the products supplied, they can return them within 14 days of receipt. In order to exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us by email (apoio@parfootgolf.pt). For the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient for the customer's communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal to be sent before the withdrawal period expires.

The right to return only applies provided that the products: have not been washed or used; retain their original characteristics and sealed packaging in their original condition; are complete (e.g. both items in a pair must be returned); have not been tampered with and retain their identification label. 

PAR Footgolf will issue a refund within 14 days from the date of confirmation via e-mail of the right to a refund.  The amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase, except when the payment was made via entity and reference. In this case, the IBAN will be requested for the refund to be made.

After informing us of the return, the customer must put the goods in packaging (you can use the original packaging) and send them to the following address: Rua Leonardo Coimbra 55, 4º esquerdo. 28790-436 Montijo, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us that you wish to return the goods. The deadline is deemed to have been met if the customer returns the goods before the expiry of the 14-day deadline, and the customer must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Items cannot be returned:
a. Goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised;
b. Goods that, by their nature, cannot be
returned or
are likely to deteriorate or quickly become out of date;
c. Sealed goods that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene when opened after delivery;
d. Goods that, after delivery and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items; and

2. Returning faulty products

The customer is entitled to a refund if they find that the products supplied are defective or otherwise non-compliant with the items ordered. The return can be made within 14 days, the customer must inform PAR Footgolf by email, attaching a photograph justifying the defect. PAR Footgolf will analyse the photograph and inform the customer of their right to a refund. If the defect is confirmed, PAR Footgolf will ask the carrier to collect the product (at no cost to the customer) and will proceed with the refund within 14 days from the date of the email confirmation of the right to a refund. 

If it is not possible to verify the defect from the photograph provided, the customer will have to send the product, bearing the costs, using the procedure described in point 1. so that PAR Footgolf can verify the defect. If the defect is found, the value of the postage will be refunded together with the value of the product within 14 days of the date of confirmation via e-mail of the right to a refund. 

3. Return of Offers

 In addition to the conditions specifically provided for in the previous points, the return of a product offered must be made by the person who offered/purchased it. In this case, in order to return the product, the customer must contact the person who bought it so that they can return it, in accordance with the return conditions, for defects or non-conformity or for free cancellation. All products must comply with the condition guidelines described in point 1.
You must follow the same procedure specified in point 1 for returning purchased products.

4. Return of Promotions/Campaigns

 In addition to the conditions specifically set out in the previous points, the customer should also bear in mind whether the product they wish to return was purchased as part of a promotional campaign and whether they therefore received a product offer. If this is the case, the customer must return not only the product in question, but also the offer they received with their purchase. All products must comply with the condition guidelines described in point 1.
You must follow the same procedure specified in point 1 for returning purchased products.

5. Return of Packs/Kits

 In addition to the conditions specifically provided for in the previous points, it is only possible to return a pack/kit in its entirety. If the customer wishes to return a product that belongs to a pack/kit, they must return all the products that make up that pack/kit. All products must comply with the condition guidelines described in point 1.
You must follow the same procedure specified in point 1 for returning purchased products.

6. Exchange for Different Sizes or Items

 An item can only be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. Items must be in perfect condition, with the original packaging sealed. Exchanges are made according to existing stock. The customer has 14 days from receipt of the order. In the event of an item being exchanged for a different one, any campaign/promotion received on the original purchase will not be retained in the exchange, unless otherwise stated in the respective promotional campaign. In this way, the campaign/promotion is only maintained in the case of an exchange of size or colour of the item. Products purchased can only be exchanged once. If the customer is not satisfied with the exchange order, they can only return the order.
The customer must inform PAR Footgolf of their intention to exchange the product, so that PAR Footgolf can agree with the carrier to collect the old product and deliver the new one, with the costs being borne by the customer.

7. Return or Exchange Procedure

Step 1: Send an email to apoio@parfootgolf.com with the following form:

I hereby inform you that I wish to return the following item: [describe what you purchased].
Reason:
Received on __/__/____
Name of consumer/Order number:
If the payment was made by organisation/reference, please indicate the IBAN for reimbursement.

Step 2: Place the item(s) in shipping packaging and send. The customer can use the original packaging in which they received the order or other packaging suitable for shipping.

Step 3: After receiving and analysing the product, PAR Footgolf will inform the customer. The amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase, except when the payment was made via entity and reference. In this case, the IBAN will be requested for the refund.
